Polymechanic (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Independent setup, operation and monitoring of CNC milling machines
• Manufacture of precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications
• Inspection and assurance of the required quality standards
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, manufacturing documents and CNC programmes
• Support in the optimisation of manufacturing processes and workflows
• Participation in the implementation of improvement measures in the production environment
• Coordination and collaboration with adjacent production areas
• Compliance with quality, safety and production requirements

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Polymechanic EFZ, Production Mechanic EFZ or comparable technical training
• Several years of experience in CNC machining, ideally in milling
• Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and manufacturing documents
• Experience with CNC controls is an advantage
• Structured, independent and precise working method
• High quality awareness as well as technical understanding
• Team-oriented and reliable personality
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Willingness to work shifts
