Certified Nurse Specialist Ward for Psychosis Spectrum Disorder

On our ward for people from the psychosis spectrum, an exciting and varied field of work awaits you. You accompany people in psychologically challenging life situations, build relationships, provide orientation and contribute significantly to stabilisation, development and perspectives through your nursing work.
You work in a multiprofessional team where collaboration on an equal footing is practised and your professional assessment is valued. We appreciate employees who think along, take responsibility and want to contribute their ideas.

You will take on

• You accompany our patients as a key contact person throughout the entire nursing process, from admission to discharge
• You plan and conduct regular individual conversations
• You lead or accompany therapeutic and milieu-therapeutic groups
• You actively contribute your nursing expertise to the multiprofessional collaboration
• You help shape a supportive, safe and development-promoting milieu on the ward

You bring with you

• Joy in working with people and a respectful basic attitude
• Interest in psychiatric nursing and professional relationship building
• Team-oriented, reflective and committed working style
• Bringing your professional and personal strengths into a lively working environment
• Completed HF training as a certified nurse specialist or equivalent foreign qualification with SRK recognition
