The Research Assistant supports Faculty Members in their research activities in conducting research, collecting and analyzing data, and assisting in various research related tasks. The Research Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring research projects run efficiently, ethically, and according to EHL HBS’s standards.

Research Assistant – CDM 80%

What will you do?

• Support and collaborate in research projects and tasks alongside the researchers
• Conduct or participate in literature reviews, data collection, data analysis, and dissemination of results (research papers, reports, presentations, vulgarization materials, etc.)
• Contribute to the management and organization of research databases, materials, and documentation, ensuring accessibility, structure, and data integrity
• Support project management activities (scheduling, coordination, communication with participants, partners, and relevant stakeholders, etc.)
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge-sharing and internal processes (planning, administration, knowledge exchange, team workshops)
• Support and participate in research-related seminars, workshops, and other academic or institutional events
• Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and methodological protocols throughout all research activities

Who you are?

• You have a Master’s degree or a Bachelor of Science with strong research experience.
• You have excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• You have strong organizational and time-management abilities, with great attention to detail.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You have curiosity, creativity, and motivation to solve research problems.
• You have a proactive mindset and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• You have solid technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and knowledge of qualitative and/or quantitative research methods and data analysis tools (R, SPSS, STATA, NVivo, etc.).
• You have strong academic writing skills and understand data management protocols and ethical standards in research.
• You have excellent language skills: French C1, English C1, and ideally German C1 (a plus).
