We manage AMAG garages, Bodywork Centres and Used Car Centres, providing reliable and personalised service.For our AMAG Crissier team, we are looking for a Mechanical After-Sales Service Assistant (M/F) 100% for a position available immediately or by agreement.

Your tasks
- Warm welcome: You greet our customers at reception, ensuring the first contact both by phone and in person.
- Administrative expert: You handle a variety of administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth running of the garage.
- Bridge builder: You assist our after-sales advisors with general administrative duties, such as coordinating appointments between the workshop and after-sales service, as well as checking ongoing orders.
Your profile
- Specialised training and experience: You have completed training in a commercial field or automotive technology, and have experience in the automotive sector and customer relations.
- After-sales professional: You are sociable, enjoy human contact, and impress with your advisory skills and persuasive ability.
- IT affinity: You are comfortable with digital processes, virtual communication with customers, and the use of artificial intelligence tools.
- Positive mindset: You are resilient, handle pressure constructively and always maintain an optimistic attitude. Your customer orientation, technical skills and enthusiasm for the automotive sector make you the ideal candidate.
- Driving licence: You hold a valid category B driving licence.
