Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Heidenhain and Siemens Control

Activities

Manufacture prototypes and small series on 3- and 5-axis centres
Program and set up CNC systems with Heidenhain or Siemens control
Independently inspect manufactured workpieces
Continuously develop manufacturing processes
Support assembly if required

Requirements

Apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable training
Experience in CNC milling or CNC turning
Knowledge of Heidenhain or Siemens controls
Good German language skills
Work approach with high independence and accuracy
