- You implement the educational mandate for nursing and ensure the quality of training in collaboration with the departments
- You support and inspire learners and students in acquiring the necessary practical skills and accompany them on their educational journey
- You design and create varied training sessions and transfer lessons
- You actively participate in department-specific and cross-departmental tasks, such as recruiting learners/students, organizing events, implementing training tools, etc.
This is what you bring
- You have a professional qualification in nursing at the tertiary level and have already gained valuable professional experience, including in acute hospitals
- You bring experience in supporting trainees at various educational levels as well as a pedagogical further education
- You possess good planning and organizational skills, which you apply confidently in your daily work
- You are a computer-savvy individual, and your oral and written communication skills are convincing and clear
