Your field of activity

• You are responsible for the technical management of construction sites in the refurbishment sector and ensure a smooth process
• On site, you competently lead the construction personnel, coordinate deployments in close collaboration with site management, and respond flexibly to changing requirements
• Throughout the entire execution phase, you keep an eye on costs, deadlines, and quality, actively supporting site management in project controlling
• You ensure compliance with regulations on occupational safety, health protection, and environmental protection, and ensure safe working conditions on the construction site

Your foundation

• You have a basic education in building construction, refurbishment, or asset preservation and ideally have completed further training as a foreman*in or supervisor*in, or alternatively bring solid professional experience in refurbishment
• With your open personality and entrepreneurial thinking, you confidently lead and motivate employees through demanding refurbishment projects
• You appreciate direct contact with customers and business partners and have a good understanding of economic contexts
• In the varied daily refurbishment routine, you convince through initiative, responsibility, and a solution-oriented working style
