- You take over second-level support in the area of workplace systems (hardware, operating systems, applications)
- You manage and maintain the IT infrastructure in the training rooms and take care of orders and maintenance of IT equipment
- You carry out software and hardware rollouts in the client environment
- You support the IT team in the areas of security, client management, projects, and internal training
- You take responsibility for quality assurance in your area of tasks
- At least two years of professional experience in IT support
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Windows client environment and Microsoft 365
- Enjoyment in contact with a wide variety of user groups and working in a dynamic environment
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as good English skills (B1)
- A lot of personal responsibility and room for co-creation

Tasks

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ platform development or ICT specialist EFZ (m/f) or a comparable qualification- At least two years of professional experience in IT support

- Enjoyment in contact with a wide variety of user groups and working in a dynamic environment
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as good English skills (B1)
