About the job

familea is a socially responsible association with a 125-year tradition in the Basel area. We care for around 3,000 children in over 40 day-care centres. We operate children’s and youth homes, the foster care centre, and social and legal counselling for women. Our services support families, children, and women. They promote the compatibility of family and work, contribute to equal opportunities and integration. With over 900 employees – around 200 of whom are trainees and students – we are a recognised and significant professional and training institution in the social sector.
