What is my role?

You are responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of electrical systems and installations including fibre optic patching and cabling. Your main focus is in the areas of ICT, telecommunications and network infrastructure. You independently carry out installations of network elements, racks, switches, routers and access points and ensure their flawless operation. In addition, you support our customers on site in the Winterthur-St. Gallen area, analyse technical requirements and implement innovative solutions.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as an electrician or assembly electrician or solid practical experience in the field of ICT, telecommunications or network infrastructures

• Customer-oriented working style and strong communication skills

• Independent and solution-oriented working style

• Good technical understanding and enthusiasm for innovative technologies

• Experience with data centres, technical rooms or POP locations would be an additional advantage

• German at native speaker level and understanding of Swiss German

• Driving licence category B

• You are available at short notice and are also prepared for evening/night shifts
