- Analysing performance, energy and operational data to improve efficiency
- Supporting clients before, during and after the construction project
- Leading and controlling technical systems in new builds and renovations
- Examining existing buildings and their technical systems
- Developing and evaluating energy strategies and renovation concepts
- Supporting customers as a trusted contact person
- Creating concepts and reports, including planning costs and schedules
- Experience in the fields of energy and building services engineering as well as in building services systems
- Good expertise in HVAC and practical experience in project management
- Strong organisational, coordinating and leadership skills
- Experience in implementing customised solutions
- Good MS Office skills, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Basic knowledge of sanitary, electrical and building automation is an advantage

Tasks
- Assessing and developing complete building services systems- Analysing performance, energy and operational data to improve efficiency

Profile
- Completed studies as a certified engineer FH or technician TS/HF- Experience in the fields of energy and building services engineering as well as in building services systems
- Good expertise in HVAC and practical experience in project management
- Strong organisational, coordinating and leadership skills
- Experience in implementing customised solutions
- Good MS Office skills, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Basic knowledge of sanitary, electrical and building automation is an advantage
