Head of Strategy and Business Development - Greater Zurich Area or Eastern Switzerland

In this key position, you report directly to the Chairman of the Board of Directors and actively drive the further development of our companies. A particular focus of your work is on our companies in passenger transport, freight transport or the commercial vehicle sector. Together with the respective leaders, you strengthen their market position and help shape the mobility of tomorrow. At the same time, you gain insight into various other companies within the group and also take on projects there.

• You play a significant role in the strategy process, especially in the areas of transport and commercial vehicles, but also at the group level
• You analyse business processes, for example in dispatch, fleet management or workshop operations, and identify concrete improvement potentials
• You independently take on projects and accompany them from planning to successful implementation
• You support the development of new ideas, services and business fields
• You contribute to the evaluation and implementation of company acquisitions
• You assist the Chairman of the Board with organisational and substantive tasks related to the management of the group

You are an ambitious and eager-to-learn doer with enthusiasm for mobility and logistics and aim to take on a leadership role within the group in the medium term.

• You bring 2 to 5 years of experience in project implementation or in a relevant leadership role, for example from management consulting, internal strategy, M&A or a startup
• You hold a university degree (university, ETH or FH) in economics, engineering or natural sciences, an MBA or a comparable qualification and can demonstrate successes or special commitment
• You have strong analytical skills, think in a structured way and develop creative solutions
• Experience or a strong interest in the transport industry, logistics or the commercial vehicle market is an advantage
• You speak very good German and have good English skills
