Yooji's Manufactory, which belongs to Two Spice AG, offers a versatile and exquisite range of sushi, sashimi and much more. The production site of Two Spice Manufactory is located in Rümlang and employs over 90 staff. Various delicacies are pre-prepared daily and delivered several times a day to Yooji's restaurants and stores. Specially developed products for our Japanese retail brand ZENBU are also produced in the manufactory. ZENBU products such as sushi, poké, onigiri and vegan delicacies are produced for Coop and are available directly at Coop throughout Switzerland. Would you like to become part of our team? Tasks
- Receipt and inspection of all raw material deliveries
- Proper storage and management of all inventory
- Ensuring the availability of all required raw materials
- Responsible for smooth logistics operations in the Yooji's and Zenbu areas
- Assisting with the maintenance and upkeep of the storage infrastructure
- Compliance with all hygiene and cleaning standards
- Carrying out tidying and cleaning tasks
Requirements
- Completed training in logistics or comparable professional experience
- Several years of professional experience in logistics, ideally in the food industry
- Good German language skills, spoken and written (native speaker preferred)
- Willingness to work night and weekend shifts
- Confident handling of food and hygiene standards
- Experience with MS Office, especially Excel
- Team player, resilient and efficient
- Very good organisational skills
- Physically fit and ready for action
