Senior Financial Controller - Schlieren (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner is a globally operating technology company. It has 12 branches worldwide and works with local business partners in more than 45 countries. They specialise in high-tech KVM products & solutions for the transmission, control, distribution, and display of various real-time data in trading and control rooms.
Role:
You don’t just want to create reports but actively shape and have a real influence on corporate management. In this role, you create transparency, further develop structures, and connect operational numerical work with strategic management. You contribute to building a modern, effective controlling function and continuously improving it. You use your experience to create decision-making bases and significantly shape the company’s management.
Responsibilities:
You develop the existing controlling structures and instruments further and especially expand project and order controlling
You are responsible for the consolidation of around 13 group companies as well as group-wide reporting
You ensure the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements from a controlling perspective
You analyse financial and operational key figures and derive well-founded recommendations for action for management
You actively participate in budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year corporate planning
You work closely with international subsidiaries and internal stakeholders
You act as a business partner and support the further development of transparent and effective corporate management
Qualifications:
Business administration education or further training, for example as an expert in accounting & controlling, bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on finance/controlling
Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an international and project-oriented corporate environment
Solid experience in consolidation, project controlling, as well as in building or further developing controlling structures
Very good knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and/or IFRS as well as very good Excel skills; experience with ERP, BI, and reporting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics F&O, Odoo, Tagetik, or Power BI is an advantage
Very good German skills as well as very good English skills in spoken and written form
