The Hospital Network AR
The Hospital Network Appenzell Ausserrhoden with the acute hospital Herisau and the Psychiatric Centre AR in Herisau ensures extended basic medical care for the population in the canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden and is also the first point of contact for a large part of the population in the surrounding region. Both locations are relevant for care within the canton and beyond.
We are looking for
In the MTTB department under the leadership of Ms Jana Schmid, we are looking for a Team Leader Haemodialysis with a workload of 100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Professional and personnel management as well as targeted further development of the dialysis team
- Organisation and coordination of the dialysis station including personnel deployment planning
- Ensuring high-quality, safe and patient-oriented care
- Active participation in clinical daily routine as well as performing demanding dialysis-specific treatments and shunt punctures
- Competent care of patients with haemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and after kidney transplants
- Promotion of interdisciplinary collaboration as well as continuous development of processes and quality standards
Your profile
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF or FH, with Swiss recognition for foreign diplomas
- Several years of professional experience in haemodialysis and sound dialysis-specific expertise
- Leadership experience, ideally in a comparable role in healthcare
- Strong leadership and social skills as well as enjoyment in developing employees
- Organisational strength, sense of responsibility and independent working style
- High patient orientation and enjoyment of constructive interdisciplinary collaboration
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
