Technical Clerk Overhaul 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client, an innovative technology company in the precision sector, requires a Technical Clerk Overhaul to strengthen the team. In this exciting position, you will take on the following responsibilities:

• You are the central interface for customer enquiries and develop customised offers as well as precise cost estimates

• You independently manage the entire order processing - from customer order to repair order - in the SAP system

• You professionally handle repair orders and ensure correct invoicing

• You are responsible for creating all delivery, shipping and export documents for loan devices as well as repaired customer material

• You keep an overview: offer tracking, systematic documentation, payment reminders and tracking of loan assemblies are part of your daily business

What do I need to be successful?

For this position, you ideally bring the following profile:

• You have a technical basic education combined with commercial know-how or vice versa - a commercial education with pronounced technical understanding

• Experience with SAP systems is an advantage and will facilitate your start

• You are proficient in MS Office programmes and use them routinely in your daily work

• You communicate fluently in German and English with customers - any additional language is a plus

• Your working style is characterised by independence and structure, you are a team player, eager to learn and resilient
