Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you will engage in a versatile task where modern structures and meaningful work come together. Together with your team colleagues, you will take responsibility for the professional and timely payroll processing for around 2,300 employees. You will actively participate in the operational payroll day-to-day business and ensure precise handling of payroll administration. You will be responsible for tasks related to social insurance as well as absence management including daily allowance processing. Proficient use of HR IT systems is naturally part of your daily work.
Responsibilities:
- You will take on a diverse and demanding area of responsibility in payroll accounting
- In this role, you actively contribute optimisation ideas for everyday payroll operations
- You work interdisciplinarily with various specialist departments
- As a payroll employee, you take responsibility for the HR IT tool
- In this role, you ensure representation for the HR IT tool responsibility
Qualifications:
- You have solid experience in payroll as well as in administrative HR processes.
- You are confident in the area of social insurance and absence management.
- You enjoy working with modern HR systems and use them routinely in daily work.
- You are characterised by an independent, careful, and service-oriented working style.
- You appreciate teamwork and actively contribute to a positive working environment.
