Responsibilities:
You are a competent contact person for SMEs and support them with business, accounting, and tax-related questions.
You are responsible for managing financial and payroll accounting and ensure that figures, statements, and evaluations are reliably prepared.
You prepare interim and annual financial statements, interpret the financial results, and discuss derived courses of action with your clients.
You prepare tax returns for natural and legal persons and support companies and private individuals with tax-related matters.
You analyse financial structures and workflows, identify optimisation potential, and assist your clients in aligning their processes economically and efficiently.
Qualifications:
You have solid professional experience in managing fiduciary mandates and are familiar with the requirements of working with SMEs.
You hold a Swiss federal certificate in fiduciary services or finance and accounting, or a qualification as a certified fiduciary expert.
Ideally, you have user knowledge of Abacus and are willing to use digital tools purposefully.
You work precisely, think entrepreneurially, and place great value on professional advice and sustainable client relationships.
You are team-oriented, resilient, and communicative, and approach new challenges with a positive and open attitude.
