Your tasks
- Ensuring material orders as well as goods receipt and conformity check (quantity, quality, documentation)
- Preparation of customer orders and execution of goods dispatch
- Recording and proper storage of goods in compliance with applicable regulations
- Conducting inventories and ensuring stock accuracy
- Contributing to the continuous optimisation of goods flows, storage capacities and ordering processes
- Invoicing as well as handling administrative tasks
- Dispatch of externally commissioned analysis reports to customers
- Compliance with regulations in the areas of safety, hygiene, environment and quality
Desired profile
- Completed training as a logistics specialist with a Federal VET Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Independent and reliable working style
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Several years of professional experience in logistics or a comparable position
- Proficiency in German or French with good knowledge of the other language
