What awaits you
In your 3-year training, you will learn step by step everything you need as a FaGe – accompanied by experienced trainers and teams who take you and your needs seriously.
With us you will learn to:
- support people in everyday life (e.g. personal care, dressing, eating, mobilisation)
- observe, think along and take responsibility
- perform simple medical-technical tasks safely (always appropriate to the training level)
- communicate professionally – with clients, relatives and within the team
- document and work according to clear quality standards
