Tasks

The customer service and information centre on the sales floor are your responsibility.
With patience and commitment, you serve and advise our discerning customers.
You are also responsible for the cash register operations.
You are in charge of receiving and processing customer orders as well as customer complaints.
Thanks to your overview, the cash, postal and delivery note cycles are ensured.
You carry out general administrative tasks.

You have completed vocational training in retail or as a commercial clerk.
You have experience in administrative areas and cash register operations.
You are proficient with Office programmes.
Your German skills are very good - both spoken and written. English and French are a plus.
Flexible working hours (Mon-Sat) in sales are a matter of course for you.
You enjoy customer contact and teamwork.
You describe yourself as an independent, resilient and committed personality.
