For our small, fine team that values cohesion, we are looking for a committed personality with a broad HR background and a great desire for recruitment.
Tasks
You competently support our employees and supervisors in all HR matters from A to Z
You actively assist in recruitment – including conducting recruitments and new ideas for personnel acquisition
You represent the colleague in the area of wages, time, and social insurance
You contribute to continuous improvement and drive your own projects forward
You maintain statistics and assist with controlling
You accompany our KV trainees on their way into professional life
Requirements
You have completed further training as an HR specialist or bring several years of experience in the HR field
You love being a service provider, are well organized, think networked, and navigate various HR topics well
You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have already worked with Abacus
You present yourself confidently and communicate with different stakeholders at eye level in German
