Night Watch at 40% Immediately or by Arrangement in the Residential Area

About the job

The Ungarbühl Foundation offers adults with developmental and
multiple disabilities central and decentralised living and working places. We are looking for you as:

Night watch at 40% (approx. 7 nights/month)
or night watch in the "night watch pool"
immediately or by arrangement

Your task:

• Individual support: You accompany the clients during the night, based on the
  concept of functional health.
• Night watch: You ensure that 38 people in two separately accessible houses can sleep safely,
  feel well cared for or are actively accompanied during the night.
  You work independently and alone on site and are responsible for both houses,
  which are about a two-minute walk apart. You also move safely between the houses at night
  and meet the clients with calmness, patience and
  empathy.
• Teamwork: Even though you work alone every night, you have a 4-person team that
  supports you and is already looking forward to you!

Your profile:

• Completed nursing, psychiatric or social pedagogy training
• Experience in night work
• High sense of responsibility
