Do you have an eye for detail, great meticulousness, and a love for high-end finishes? We are looking for our client, a renowned manufacturer in the watchmaking sector, a Watch Decorator specialised in manual perlage and/or satin finishing.
Here, you put your dexterity and precision at the service of exceptional pieces within a modern and stimulating workshop!
Your playground:
Manual decoration: You perform manual perlage operations on watch components (bridges, plates) with regularity and finesse.
Finishes & satin finishing: You carry out satin finishing and brushing operations respecting the strictest aesthetic criteria.
Aesthetic control: You check the conformity of your work under a loupe and binocular microscope to ensure an impeccable level of finish.
Component care: You handle delicate parts with care and ensure the proper maintenance of your tools and abrasives.
Qualifications
Your profile:
Proven experience: You have confirmed practical experience in watch decoration, ideally acquired in a Swiss manufacture.
Technical mastery: You perfectly master manual perlage and/or satin finishing techniques on various components.
Precision & rigour: You have excellent visual acuity, great patience, and unwavering concentration.
Personality: You are conscientious, careful, autonomous, and enjoy working within a passionate team.
