- are responsible for the development and implementation of the sales strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets
- independently take care of the strategic growth of existing customers
- actively participate in product launches and contribute to the planning and implementation of sales support measures (marketing campaigns, online campaigns, etc.)
- create sales-relevant analyses, forecasts, and reports and develop action plans to achieve sales targets
- monitor all competitor activities in the market and derive measures (pricing, sales, sales promotion, personnel, services, etc.)
- continuously coordinate with your colleagues, including from other departments
Skills and Qualifications
Your profile, you…
- have completed commercial training (preferably with a focus on marketing, sales, or international management)
- bring several years of professional experience in sales (ideally as a Key Account Manager)
- have a pronounced "hands-on mentality" and count analytical thinking and preparing figures among your strengths
- convince with a professional appearance, very good communication skills as well as trustworthiness
- have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and speak fluent English
- are a committed, team-oriented, and stress-resistant personality
