For the management and further development of our work area, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and socially committed personality as Head of Production & Business Development 80-100% Member of the Executive Board

Your field of activity

You lead and further develop the entire production work area with industry, mailing, studios, JA\UND?, bicycle workshop and garden group. In doing so, you consistently combine economic and entrepreneurial thinking with our social and educational mission.

Your tasks:

• Professional, personnel, educational and economic management of the work area as well as leadership and support of the group leaders
• Responsibility for capacity utilisation, profitability, budget, calculation and relevant key figures in close cooperation with the finance management
• Active maintenance and further development of existing customer relationships as well as acquisition of new customers and orders
• Identifying and tapping new business areas, cooperations and sales channels that combine economic potential with suitable work and development opportunities for people with support needs
• Further development of existing and development of new products and services taking into account economic, market-related and educational requirements
• Further development of JA\UND as a proprietary product and sales area
• Assessment of new orders according to economic, qualitative and educational criteria
• Ensuring diverse and development-promoting work opportunities for people with different abilities and support needs
• Further development of the work area in the sense of the UN CRPD and in close cooperation with the educational specialist department
• Active participation in the strategic and operational further development of the foundation as a member of the executive board

You have a technical, industrial or comparable education with business management training and several years of leadership experience. Equally important is a pronounced understanding of the social and educational mission and the ability to combine this with entrepreneurial thinking.

In addition, you ideally bring:

• Experience in acquisition, sales and business development
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and business understanding
• Experience in the development of products or services
• Good network in industry and commerce in the region
• High customer and market orientation
• Understanding and enthusiasm for working with people with support needs
• Experience or further training in the social or educational environment is an advantage
