- Lead the Innovation Field Mental Health and Psychiatric Care of applied research and development strategically in nursing, personnel, professional and financial aspects
- Build up and further develop applied research at the interface of mental health and psychiatric care
- Acquire and lead research projects
- Develop and conduct high-quality teaching
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed master's degree in nursing or health sciences with a doctorate
- Proven expertise in mental health and psychiatric nursing with a focus on outpatient settings
- Clinical professional experience and several years of research experience in acquisition, project management, and teaching
- Strong management skills and demonstrable leadership experience
