FYAE has a central kitchen, a service of management and technical support, and a centralized general administration that supports more than 150 collaborators who work daily and together to ensure quality care for the approximately 420 registered children.
The Children's House "Les Goélands" welcomes 69 preschool children per day. It is located in the Iles district of Yverdon.
In order to strengthen our educational team and guarantee the quality of our mission, we are looking for:
A Educator ES/HES or Socio-Educational Assistant
Fixed-term maternity leave 95%
from September 2025 to January 2026

Main missions
Ensure qualitative daily care for children in a collective extra-family structure
Support the child's overall development
Collaborate with families and support parenting
Collaborate with teams and management
Required skills
Professional experience in the fields of childhood and/or specialization
Ability to implement, question, and evolve the educational project of the institution
Ability to take charge of a group of children and manage its dynamics in a professional, adapted, and autonomous manner
Ability to observe, analyze, and synthesize regarding encountered situations
Ease in collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, organization, investment, and reliability
Aptitude for self-evaluation and developing reflective action
