Your Tasks

• Expansion, maintenance and 360° advice of a customer portfolio in the areas of mortgages, investments, pension provision and basic products
• Possible deputising for the branch manager as well as the customer advisors in the customer zone
• Sale of the entire range of products and services including cross-selling
• Systematic recording of needs and external potential
• Referral to internal specialist teams
• Acquisition of new customers, participation in customer events including network maintenance

What You Bring

• Completed commercial basic training, preferably in the banking sector
• SAQ certification or willingness to complete it within a reasonable period
• Several years of experience in customer advice
• Team-oriented thinking and acting, high initiative as well as organisational skills
• Pleasant manners, communicative and empathetic nature
• Regional ties
