As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks, among others:- Cleaning guest rooms and public areas according to the daily plan and our quality standards
- Careful checking and proper replenishment of the minibar; if necessary, acceptance and return of guest clothing for various services
- Daily reporting according to quantitative and qualitative standards
- Careful handling of entrusted equipment and its proper maintenance according to instructions
- Making beds
- Flexibility for early, late, and weekend shifts
- Friendly, open, and professional demeanor
- Carefulness, reliability, and an eye for detail
- Good knowledge of German
