Your main tasks
- As Head of Professional Practice, you are responsible for:
- Quality assurance and further development of the audit methodology
- Support in the implementation of new regulatory requirements (e.g. FINMA, Swiss Bankers Association)
- Professional support and coaching of the audit teams as well as conducting internal reviews
- Co-design and implementation of internal training sessions
- You independently lead accounting and supervisory audits for clients from the financial sector:
- Fintech companies in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sector
- Banks, securities firms, investment funds or asset managers in the field of internal and external auditing
Your profile
- Swiss Certified Public Accountant (Swiss CPA)
- Several years of experience in auditing financial service providers
- High resilience, analytical thinking, and independent and structured working style
- Confident German, good English skills
