Deputy Group Leader Butchery 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Professional provision of meat cuts according to the orders of our butchery and catering customers

• Ensuring qualitative, quantitative and timely order processing

• Coordination and optimisation of workflows within the butchery

• Compliance with all quality, process and hygiene requirements

• Management of internal order forms as well as triggering poultry orders

• Participation in projects and support in optimisation measures

• Deputising for the Group Leader Butchery

• Adherence to target specifications and taking on further tasks as instructed by the supervisor

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a meat specialist or butcher

• Good expertise in meat processing

• Good physical condition and resilience

• Experience with PS and SAP is an advantage

• Independent, reliable and careful working style

• High quality and hygiene awareness

• Good German skills, spoken and written

• Flexible willingness to work regarding working hours as well as readiness for weekend and public holiday shifts

• Friendly, team-oriented and resilient personality
