We are looking for a social insurance advisor for our advice center in Lausanne:
Your tasks:
- Advise our members from the cantons of VD, VS, and GE in the field of social insurance and represent them on mandate within the framework of administrative procedures
- Establish and develop contacts with administrative authorities and other organizations
- Handle the administrative tasks inherent to the position
Your profile:
- Holder of a social insurance specialist certificate or equivalent training
- Writing skills with proven experience in drafting appeals
- Ability to analyze, synthesize, and understand complex situations
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with very good stress resistance related to time constraints (deadlines)
- Ability to handle complex or emotionally charged advisory situations
- Excellent writing skills and proven experience in drafting administrative documents
- Proficiency in the Windows environment and MS Office tools
- Sensitivity to disability issues
