Support Engineer (m/f/d)

You support the further development of IT products with your commitment and ideas, thus creating real added value for customers.
In the support team, you ensure smooth processes and assist users with technical concerns.
You handle requests in a solution-oriented manner, document thoroughly, and actively contribute to service quality.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in computer science and have relevant professional experience.
You enjoy direct contact with users and work in a customer-oriented and careful manner.
Fluent German skills are required; additional language skills such as French or Italian are a plus.
