Your mission

As a key player in our manufacture, you define the organisation of the production sector and ensure that the making of our watches meets the brand's impeccable quality standards, respecting costs and deadlines.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Management and optimisation of production based on the company strategy
• Steering and coordination of production teams
• Mastery of watchmaking operations including pre-assembly, assembly, movement control and casing, with active participation in production and process optimisation
• Active collaboration on cross-functional projects

Your professional profile

• Complete watchmaker training with perfect mastery of casing
• Solid experience in a similar role and structure within the high-end sector
• Ability to carry out adjustments, prototypes and participate in R&D processes
• Committed and enterprising personality, proactive
• Aptitude for teamwork in a rapidly evolving environment
• Good knowledge of the Office environment and ERP philosophy
