The Centre for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Inpatient is part of the Clinic for Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy of the PDAG (Clinic Director Prof. Dr. med. Marc Walter). It is responsible for modern acute psychiatric treatment of people between 18 and 64 years, which includes biological, psychotherapeutic and social medical interventions and is based on Open-Doors and No-Restraint concepts. The centre is jointly led by Dr. med. Maxim Zavorotnyy and Simone Meister, Head of Nursing, and comprises five wards. There is close networking with Interventional Psychiatry. For doctors, the centre is an SIWF-recognised training centre for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Category A inpatient (3 years) and for Interventional Psychiatry (rTMS and ECT).

Profile

• Nursing professional (HF/FH) preferably with professional experience in inpatient psychiatry
• Integrity and trustworthy personality with high self- and social competence
• Proven leadership skills with corresponding leadership experience preferred
• Enjoyment of complex challenges and high dynamics

Tasks

• Further development of the ward in co-leadership with the specialist management
• Personnel management and team development (approx. 18 employees)
• Consolidation of effective organisational structures and processes
• Active participation in dual leadership as well as in intensive interprofessional collaboration in the acute psychiatric setting
• Active involvement in future-oriented change processes, especially in the further development of nursing-therapeutic services
