Role:
In this role, you take full responsibility for your own portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Central Switzerland. You make decisions with direct impact and independently and proactively shape property management. You are responsible for the professional care of your properties throughout their entire lifecycle and ensure a high level of service and quality orientation. You act as the central contact person for all management issues and maintain an overview even in complex situations. In a well-coordinated environment, you work in a structured manner, make well-founded decisions, and use your experience purposefully for the sustainable and economical operation of the properties.
Responsibilities:
- You independently manage a mixed real estate portfolio of residential and commercial properties
- In this role, you are the first point of contact for owners as well as tenants
- You manage lettings and ensure sustainable occupancy of the properties
- You are responsible for cost management and actively work towards reducing vacancies
- In this role, you work closely with accounting to correctly reflect all management processes
- As a senior specialist in property management, you coordinate collaboration with construction management on maintenance and renewal projects
Qualifications:
- You hold a professional certificate in property management.
- You have 3-4 years of practical experience in managing residential properties.
- You are well-versed in Swiss tenancy law and apply it routinely in daily work.
- You communicate solution-oriented, clearly, and service-oriented with all stakeholders.
- You are proficient in using digital tools, ideally GARAIO REM and MS 365.
- You possess a good technical understanding of buildings and their infrastructure.
