Metalworker with Customer Service for Windows and Doors
Tasks
- Carrying out service, maintenance and repair work on windows, front doors and sliding systems
- Rectifying malfunctions on fittings, seals, glazing, insect screens and metal cladding
- Performing adjustment and retrofitting work independently on site
- Independent handling of customer service orders at the customer
- Advising customers on the maintenance and optimisation of window and door systems
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a carpenter, joiner or metalworker (EFZ, EBA)
- Experience in the field of windows or doors is an advantage
- Independent, reliable and precise way of working
- Customer-oriented, well-groomed appearance and ability to work in a team
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Possession of a category B driving licence is mandatory
