Service Staff (m/f/d)
We are a popular congress and event venue in the Bernese Oberland. Events for up to 1500 people take place in the historic as well as modern premises and are catered with delicacies from our own kitchen.
Our gastronomy team includes the departments of kitchen, service, cleaning and furnishing. We work hand in hand and support each other. For the 2026 season, we are looking for motivated employees on an hourly wage basis to support our service team at various events and who are also willing to help out in other departments.

Your tasks
- Support at events, including preparation and setting tables, arranging the event area, tidying up as well as comprehensive guest service during banquets
- The assignments are on different days and at different times. Our working hours extend from Monday to Sunday, with the main deployment times depending on the season from Wednesday to Saturday
- As a member of a cross-departmental team, you are motivated to take on tasks in other departments as well
Your profile
- Completed training in service, gastronomy/hospitality or professional experience in a similar field is an advantage, but career changers are also warmly welcome
- Good spoken German skills
- Friendly interaction with guests and enjoyment of guest contact
- Open to tasks outside your area
