Introduction

The city of Adliswil is a dynamic city with a high quality of life, which has grown rapidly in recent years. With comprehensive services, the administration is there for around 20,000 residents.

With the project "Lets Pepp", a meeting place is created in Adliswil during the winter months, which is regularly open on weekends. Young people can meet there with friends, spend time together and participate in varied activities and specials.

For the implementation, we are looking for a project manager who, together with young people and youth work, shapes, prepares and takes responsibility during the project season on 5–6 Saturday evenings in the youth centre. There is plenty of room for your own ideas and smaller events, actions and specials can be implemented.

For the project season from 1 November 2026 to 31 May 2027, we are looking for a motivated and committed person as

Project Manager (hourly wage)

Your tasks

• You develop a varied Saturday evening programme together with youth work, young people and other young adults.
• Once a month you are on duty on Saturday evening in the youth centre, take responsibility and ensure a good atmosphere together with the team.
• You contribute your own ideas and plan activities, specials and smaller events.
• You build relationships with the young people, are approachable for them and meet them openly and on an equal footing.
• Together with the team, you ensure that everyone feels comfortable and that the agreed rules are observed.
• Before each Saturday evening there is a short briefing of about 30 minutes. After the evening, we take about 30 minutes for a joint review.
• Before and after the season, you meet with the team and youth work for a joint meeting each to plan or evaluate the offer.
• If necessary, you take on smaller additional tasks directly related to "Lets Pepp".

What we expect from you

• You are a young adult, ideally between 18 and 25 years old.
• You have a connection to Adliswil or Langnau am Albis.
• You enjoy being in contact with young people and working together with them to get things off the ground.
• Ideally, you have already gained some experience with projects, events or working with young people – but this is not a requirement.
• You are open, communicative and enjoy approaching other people.
• You like working in a team but can also take responsibility independently.
• You contribute your own ideas and are keen to try new things.
• You meet young people openly and casually and can at the same time set fair and clear boundaries.
• You are reliable, think ahead and are willing to reflect on your own actions and the offer together with the team.
