About the job
For our Weighing & Instrument Components (MTWIC) division, which is a leader in the industrialisation and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, MFR force sensor terminals, and circuit boards for the entire MT group, we are looking for a motivated person as a CNC Operator 100% (all genders) at the Nänikon/Greifensee site, the global operational headquarters of METTLER TOLEDO. In this role, you will undertake the following tasks: Setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines in the turning and milling area. Independently setting up, performing tool changes, and resolving simple malfunctions during the shift. Processing parts including deburring, cleaning, tumbling, labelling, and packaging for export. Ensuring quality requirements through inspections, documentation, and adherence to processing parameters and work plans. Handling production orders in SAP and ensuring material availability, FIFO, and orderliness at the workplace. Participating in TPM measures, shopfloor management, and continuous improvements in terms of CIP, safety, and 5S.
