The central Controlling department is responsible for the hospital-wide MIS and ensures business management tools and processes for planning, control, and analysis for all management levels.

Your Tasks
Central Tasks in Controlling
- Creating the business management basis for personnel control (budget, forecast, variance analyses, profitability calculations)
- Business Partnering: preparation and discussion of periodic analyses and
- evaluations (MIS reporting) as well as control and monitoring of budget targets
- Ensuring solid master data quality as well as coordination and integration of various data sources for a uniform, reliable control basis and reporting
- Participation in cost accounting according to REKOLE including parameterisation, audits and certifications
- Assistance with monthly/year-end closing processes by preparing and validating HR and payroll-related data
- Preparation of external statistics for authorities and tariff partners (including SDEP, BfS, ITAR_K, SwissDRG, SpiGes, OAAT, hospital benchmark)
- Participation in projects and taking on further tasks in the Controlling department
- Central contact person for Controlling in the HR department
- Development and further enhancement of HR controlling in the MIS tool TIP HCe (creation and management of an HR key figure system with corresponding evaluations)
- Support of HR in managing the staffing plan
- Participation in regular staffing commission meetings
Your Profile
- Tertiary qualification (HF, FH, University) in Business Administration or an equivalent qualification
- Proven professional experience in healthcare controlling with understanding of industry-specific data and value streams
- Ideally knowledge and experience with the industry standard REKOLE/H+
- High IT affinity and experience in building key figure systems and dashboards
- Preferably experience with the systems OPALE (ERP) and TIP HCe (MIS)
- Ability to prepare complex matters clearly and communicate convincingly
- Independent, structured working style with a strong results focus and quality standards
- Communicative and open personality with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration
