- Ensuring high-quality and efficient case handling
- Essential experience in the insurance industry
- Very good knowledge of outpatient benefit processing (priority)
- Knowledge in the field of paramedicine is an advantage
- Independent, structured and precise working style
- High resilience and ability to work in a team
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
