Your Tasks
- You competently and lovingly accompany our residents during the day shift
- You independently carry out nursing measures
- You are part of an interdisciplinary team that supports each other
- You contribute to continuous improvement processes and help to further develop our procedures together
- You help ensure that people feel seen and appreciated
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) or equivalent qualification
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Sense of responsibility, team spirit and a good sense of humour
- Motivation, professionalism and an open heart
- Interest in Lean Management and enjoyment in critically questioning and actively optimising processes
What awaits you:
You will have a temporary position starting immediately for
2 months with an 80% workload, with the possibility of extension. You will work day and late shifts (no night shifts).
