Our client is a successful and established company seeking to strengthen the team with a committed individual for customer service. In this versatile role, you are an important contact person for customers and support internal sales and service processes with your reliable working style.

Your tasks

• Recording and processing of quotations and customer orders in the ERP system
• Creation and issuance of delivery notes and assembly orders
• Telephone, personal and written support and advice for customers
• Follow-up of quotations and ongoing orders
• Administrative support for sales consultants
• Assistance with invoicing of service activities and deployment planning
• Execution of general administrative and organisational tasks

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally at least three years
• Technical understanding as well as interest in craft or construction-related services
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Independent, precise and responsible working style
• Team-oriented personality with enjoyment of working in a small team
