AS A NEW TEAM MEMBER, YOU SHOULD:
- Have completed a basic EFZ education
- Have experience in a similar job or convince through previous successes
- Possess a valid driver’s license (category B)
YOU CAN BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF:
- You can manage an assigned territory – from maintaining existing customers to acquiring new ones to expand our business
- You work closely with your colleagues and believe that "WE" counts more than "I"
- You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building and maintaining good relationships with business partners
- You plan and implement regional projects and events, ensuring coordination between internal and external stakeholders
- You strategically use all available resources to achieve your goals, also considering environmental aspects
- You introduce new product categories, items, and promotions in our customers’ sales outlets to gain market share
- You enjoy using new digital tools to achieve the best results
- You are responsible for managing cash-in processes, including direct sales from the vehicle and order acceptance
- Your ability to analyze the market and consumer behavior, along with your sense for opportunities, leads you to develop business analyses and proposals for strategic investments in customers’ sales outlets
- You negotiate contracts, ensure the visibility and availability of products from our portfolio, activate the trade marketing calendar, and implement merchandising standards to optimally prepare sales outlets for consumers
- You manage our assets in the market and in customers’ sales outlets
- You use sales tools to create reports and ensure the quality of sales outlets
