Project Manager E-Commerce
Tasks
- Support, further development, and optimisation of the onsite search in the online shop (Algolia)
- Optimisation and maintenance of product recommendations in the online shop (GK AIR)
- Responsibility for the structure and further development of the shop navigation
- Participation in testing and acceptance of tickets for continuous optimisation of the online shop
- Execution of operational back-office tasks in the e-commerce area
- Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to improve the shopping experience
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in supporting or optimising an online shop search, ideally with Algolia
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent education or training is an advantage
- High online affinity as well as a good sense of customer needs and user-friendliness
- German (Swiss German) as mother tongue and very good English skills; knowledge of French and Italian is a plus
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality
