Job Description

• Perform decal and pad printing operations on dials
• Print logos, brand names, timers, indexes, and decorations
• Set up and operate manual, semi-automatic, or automatic decal machines
• Prepare, position, and centre the dials
• Work with pads, clichés, inks, varnishes, and fixtures
• Control print quality under a binocular microscope
• Identify and correct printing or positioning defects
• Ensure self-inspection of produced parts
• Clean and maintain machines and work tools
• Comply with quality, safety, and production procedures
• Participate in other operations within the dial manufacturing workshop

We Expect

• Proven practical experience in decal or pad printing on dials
• Training as a dial maker or watchmaking operator is an advantage
• Experience with manual, semi-automatic, or automatic decal machines
• Ability to adjust machines as independently as possible
• Experience in dial manufacturing or the watchmaking industry
• Knowledge of SLN/Super-LumiNova, screen printing, or dial decoration is an advantage
• Excellent dexterity and a keen sense of quality
• Good visual acuity and experience working under a binocular microscope
• Autonomy, reliability, and team spirit
• Good knowledge of French
• Immediate availability is an advantage
