The medical service of Domicil Bern AG was founded in spring 2024 and is still being developed – with room for co-creation and new ideas. As a doctor, you will care for residents at the assigned locations together with an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) and regularly conduct ward rounds there, being mobile. Additionally, you will be responsible, alternating with your colleagues, for the medical telephone on-call service, for which home office options are also available. As a medical contact person for nursing professionals and APNs, you ensure high-quality and patient-centred care for our residents and make well-founded decisions quickly in urgent situations.

• Specialist in General Internal Medicine or general practitioner
• Experience in geriatrics or palliative medicine is an advantage
• Driving licence category B desired
• Team-oriented, dynamic and solution-focused personality
• Interest in co-creating and building up

• 42-hour week at 100% with the possibility to work half days
• No late, night or weekend shifts
• Flexible annual working hours, innovative working time models and possibility for home office
• Workload selectable between 30-100%
• Employer contribution to premiums for daily sickness benefits insurance and pension fund higher than legal requirements
