- Supporting the Chef de Rang in the station, including beverage service as well as professional serving and clearing of dishes
- Compliance with and implementation of hotel-specific standards, LQA guidelines, and the quality management system (CMS)
Your profile
- Completed vocational training or several years of experience in upscale hospitality or gastronomy
- Very good English skills in spoken and written form, German skills as well as other languages are an advantage
- Expertise in wine, food, and beverages
- Team player, courteous, confident appearance, and quick comprehension
